Quick Navigation
1

- Pilot admission takes place upon completion of the registration form and will be analyzed by STAFF.
- Upon confirmation of registration, pilots will receive an email and must perform at least 1 flight within 7 days from their admission date, otherwise their account will be deleted. The flight must appear in the system as "Accepted" and comply with Webjet Virtual's flight rules and parameters.
- Upon confirmation of registration, pilots must log in to CrewCenter and upload their photo.
- As part of Webjet Virtual, pilots undertake to comply with all VA rules and procedures.
- The minimum age for admission is 16. Exceptions will be treated individually.
- Pilots without a valid IVAO ID or VATSIM ID will not be accepted.
- Webjet Virtual pilots are expressly prohibited from operating on other homonymous virtual airlines.
2
Operations
- Only online flights will be accepted. Flights must be flown on IVAO or VATSIM networks.
- To keep your account active, pilots must fly at least 4 times per month. A pilot who does not complete at least 12 flights every 3 months will have their registration suspended.
- When on online flights, pilots must enter the following RMK:
OPR/WEBJETVIRTUAL.COM.BR/PICXXXX(replacing XXXX with your callsign/ID in VA). Failure to comply with this rule will lead to flight rejection. - Maximum landing rate (VS) accepted for PIREP approval is -500 ft/min.
- Flights by Webjet Virtual will only be accepted when flown with aircraft available in our fleet, respecting their locations.
- Charter flights with aircraft that are not part of the Webjet Virtual fleet will not be accepted.
- When flying online, Webjet Virtual pilots should only use the ICAO code WEB on company flights. It is strictly forbidden to use ICAO code WEB on private flights.
3
Pilot Ranking & Fleet Options
- Information about career plans, fleet access, salaries, and awards can be found in the Career & Awards section.
- The information contained in the career system is permanently updated and may be changed at any time without notice.
- Fleet access and aircraft availability depend on pilot rank and experience level.
- Pilots must respect aircraft location restrictions and operational requirements.
4
Flight Requirements
- All flights must be flown online on IVAO or VATSIM networks.
- All procedures performed during flights will be continuously monitored.
- During flight, pilots must maintain internet connection. Disconnections are tolerated for up to 5 minutes. After this deadline, SmartCARS may have problems sending flight information to Webjet Virtual, causing aircraft cancellation and reservation issues, therefore the flight report may not be sent.
- Pilots who don't fly for more than 60 days will have their account automatically suspended. Account reactivation must be requested from STAFF by email.
5
Flight Reports
- Flight reports are a set of information generated during flight. This report must be sent to the system at the end of each flight.
- Pilots should send flight reports only through SmartCARS.
- Only flight reports with valid flight reservations will be received - reports without valid flight reservations will be summarily disregarded.
- Pilots must be aware of Webjet Virtual parameters described in the SOP (CrewCenter → Downloads → Official Documents - Required Reading).
- Pilots may request re-evaluation of a declined flight report, provided they give valid reasons for it.
- Re-evaluation does not guarantee acceptance by the evaluator.
- Only accepted flight reports are considered for flight hours accumulation, flight counts, and other statistics.
6
Absence Policy
- In case of absence, pilots must request leave from STAFF.
- During the absence period, it is not possible to access the account.
- Failure to return after the absence period will result in account termination.
- Extended absence requests should be made well in advance when possible.
7
Account Closure
- When not done automatically, pilots are solely responsible for the cancellation of their account. Pilots can cancel their account at any time by sending an email or using the CrewCenter mailbox.
- All data in the pilot account will be immediately removed from the database. Deleted information cannot be recovered.
- Webjet Virtual, at its sole discretion, has the right to cancel or close pilot accounts for any reason at any time.
