Rules & Regulations

1. About Registration

  • Pilot admission will take place upon completion of the registration form REGISTER and will be analyzed by STAFF.
  • Upon confirmation of registration, the pilot will receive an email and will have to perform at least 1 flight within 7 days from the his admission date, otherwise his account will be deleted. To comply with this rule, the flight must appear in the system as Accepted, to do so, the pilot must comply with Webjet Virtual's flight rules and parameters.
  • Upon confirmation of registration, the pilot must log in to CrewCenter and upload their photo.
  • As part of the Webjet Virtual the pilot undertakes to comply with all the rules and procedures of the VA.
  • The minimum age for admission is 16, exceptions will be treated individually.
  • Pilots without a valid IVAO ID or Vatsim ID will not be accepted.
  • Webjet Virtual pilots are expressly prohibited from operating on other homonymous VA.

2. Operations

  • Only online flights will be accepted. Flights must be flown on IVAO or VATSIM.
  • To keep your account active, the pilot must fly at least 4 times a month. A pilot who does not total at least 12 flights every 3 months will suspend his registration.
  • When on online flights, pilot must enter RMK, as shown below: OPR/WEBJETVIRTUAL.COM.BR/PICXXXX (replacing XXXX with your callsign (ID) in VA). Failure to comply with this rule will lead to the rejection of flights.
  • Maximum landing rate (VS) accepted for PIREP approval is -500 ft / min.
  • Flights by Webjet Virtual, will only be accepted when flown with aircraft available in the fleet, respecting their locations.
  • Charter flights with aircraft that are not part of the Webjet Virtual fleet will not be accepted.
  • When flying online, Webjet Virtual pilots should only use the ICAO code WEB on company flights. It is strictly forbidden to use ICAO code WEB in flights private.

3. Pilot ranking and fleet options

  • The information contained in this link above will be permanently updated and may be changed at any time without notice.

4. About Flights

  • All flights must be flown online on the IVAO or VATSIM networks.
  • All procedures performed on flights will be continuously monitored.
  • During the flight, pilot must be connected on the internet. Disconnections are tolerated for up to 5 minutes. After this deadline, SmartCARS may have problems to sending flight information to Webjet Virtual, causing the aircraft cancellation and reservation, therefore it will not send the flight report.
  • Pilot without flying more than 60 days, his account will be suspended automatically. Account reactivation must be requested to STAFF by email.

5. Flight Reports

  • Flight reports are a set information generated during at flight. This report must be sent to the system at each flight end.
  • Pilot should send flight reports only through SmartCARS.
  • Only flight report for which a flight reservation is valid will be received - i.e. report without valid flight reservation will be summarily disregarded.
  • PILOT SHOULD BE AWARE OF WEBJET VIRTUAL PARAMETERS DESCRIBED IN SOP (CrewCenter->Downloads->Official Documents (Required Reading).
  • Pilot may request revaluation of a declined flight report, provided his gives the reasons for it.
  • Revaluation does not guarantee acceptance by evaluator.
  • Only accepted flight reports are considered for hours accumulation, as well as flight counts and other information.

6. Absence

  • In absence case, pilot must request to STAFF.
  • During absence period, it´s not possible to access account.
  • Failure to return after absence period, will result in account termination.

7. Accounts Closure

  • When not done automatically, the pilot is solely responsible for the cancellation of his account. The Pilot can cancel your account at any time by sending an email or using the CrewCenter Mail Box.
  • All data in pilot account will be immediately removed from database. Information deleted cannot will be recovered.
  • Webjet Virtual, in its sole discretion, has the right to cancel or close the pilot account for any reason at any time.

8. General Contions

  • Webjet Virtual reserves the right to refuse the offer of its services to any person, for any reason, at any time.
  • Service support offered by Webjet Virtual is only available in English or Portuguese.
  • Webjet Virtual member agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell any part of the services or access the services offered by Webjet Virtual without the express authorization of a STAFF member.
  • Webjet´s pilot should always act in accordance with company rules and online network rules, acting with cordiality and respect.
  • Webjet Virtual does not discriminate and does not tolerate discrimination based on race, color, religion (creed), gender, age, nationality (ancestry), disability, marital status or sexual orientation in any of its activities or operations. Failure to comply with this rule will result:

    a) Cancellation of the pilot account;

    b) pilot´s ban on whole Webjet Virtual´s communication channels; and

    c) the pilot shall bear whole legal consequences provided for by law as a result of his attitude.

    We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our team.
  • Abuse of any nature by any Webjet Virtual member will result in the immediate termination of your account.
  • Failure to comply with Webjet Virtual rules or regulations may result in a warning or exclusion from the Webjet Virtual Pilot List.
  • Pilot understands and accepts that Webjet Virtual uses services provided by third parties for the infrastructure necessary for its operation, and that changes or discontinuations of these services may cause operational problems in the operation of Webjet Virtual.
  • All services are offered free of charge. The maintenance of Webjet Virtual is done through the voluntary collaboration of its members and STAFF.
  • Rules may be changed at any time without notice. It´s the pilot responsibility to periodically check the rules and to follow up on their updates.
  • By completing the Webjet Virtual entry form, pilot agrees, accepts and commits to all established rules.
